Selection Process
- Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) — 85 objective questions in 2 hours, covering your subject (40), General Awareness (10), Aptitude (25), and English (10). No negative marking.
- Stage 2: Personal Interview — shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio based on CBT score.
- Stage 3: Medical Fitness Test — as per ONGC's Medical Examination Rules.
- Final merit is based on CBT score (85% weightage) and Interview performance (15% weightage). Qualifying marks: 45% in CBT for General/EWS/OBC, 40% for SC/ST/PwBD.
